Hilton Musical Theatre is completely run by parent/teacher volunteers. We are passionate about providing this experience at Hilton Elementary. We would so appreciate your help making it all happen.

Below are some ways you could help bring our show to life this season:
Costume Design 2nd Grade: Will work with lead costume designer, with the hands on the making of the costumes. All levels of expertise welcomed!
Costume Design 3rd Grade: Will work with lead costume designer, with the hands on the making of the costumes. All levels of expertise welcomed!
Costume Design 4th Grade: Will work with lead costume designer, with the hands on the making of the costumes. All levels of expertise welcomed!
Set Design 2nd Grade: Will work with lead set designer, working with the costume and props to create background.
Set Design 3rd Grade: Will work with the lead set designer, working with the costume and props to create background.
Set Design 4th Grade: Will work with the lead set designer, working with the costume and props to create background.
Prop Design Team: Responsible for finding or creating and making props work in scenes.
Usher Coordinator: Gathering ushers, siblings of cast members, prior to both shows. Being in contact with parents about dress, times and meeting place. Reminder this is for both shows.
Sign-Out Coordinator: Ensure a sign out person is at every rehearsal! Also be able to check emails during the day on Mondays should parents email with change in destination plan.
Cast photo board: Creating a display with cast photos. Must be done by April 1st, to be put up at school, and then moved to the BCPA.
Sponsor Team: A group of people who are able to go out and talk to different stores or companies, securing sponsors for the programs. Excellent job for working parents who can easily make phone calls.
Clean-up Crew Friday: Stay after the Friday night show and help clean up seats and entry way.
Set Movers: Anyone who has an enclosed trailer that could be used the week prior to the show and Saturday after the show to transport to BCPA and Back to Hilton. This is also for anyone with a pickup truck, or a roomy vehicle that would be interesting in helping.
Backstage Help: helper behind the scenes for Friday and Saturday show.
Make Up Crew: responsible for doing cast member face make-up where necessary.
Cast Party Planner: Willing to plan and facilitate cast dinner with other volunteers.
House (lobby) decoration: decorate lobby prior to opening night.
